We stayed for 14 night and liked our stay. Staff were great and fantastic when they greeted us. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Playa Chica Beach...

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had great views of the sea and harbor, along with a private bathroom.

The apartment had a stunning view of the harbor and sea, and it was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchenware provided was essential and there was even a nice touch of having hair straighteners available for use. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in and check-out were effortless. Additionally, the apartment was conveniently located near a supermarket and a fantastic restaurant, as well as within walking distance of local bars and shops.

The bathroom was small and the shower room was not sufficiently spacious. The lack of air conditioning meant that windows had to be kept open, allowing insects to enter.

The value for money at Casa Mercedes was exceptional. The room was absolutely stunning, with picturesque views over the old town port. The staff, particularly Andres and Sarah, were friendly and provided excellent customer service, giving us great tips for exploring Puerto del Carmen. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, making our stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal, with a supermarket and restaurant just a few steps away, and the beach within walking distance.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better at Casa Mercedes would be offering a wider variety of items.

The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities like flat-screen TVs, a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and a safety deposit box. It made my stay comfortable and convenient. The private terrace offered stunning views of the sea. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The satellite TV in each unit provided plenty of entertainment options. I could unwind and catch up on my favorite shows after a day of exploring.

Personally, I found the private bathrooms with showers a bit small. However, some may still find them functional and adequate.
